If u don't stir as u pour water in, it turns into a tar looking substance. I can't place in coffee maker, due to that tar substance forming, almost ruined it. After I just poured hot water while stirring it was fine. Taste is good without gritty taste at the bottom of the cup.

This tastes just like a vanilla latte! I am so pleasantly surprised - I would not know this is a “mushroom coffee” by the taste. No funky aftertaste, very smooth, and tastes like a latte. I use the same amount of cream and sugar in this as I do in my regular coffee, so it doesn’t take adding any extra stuff to make an excellent cup. I have not noticed a real change in energy, focus, or anxiety. However, I have noticed some reduction in bloating. I’ve only been drinking it for a week and a half, so we’ll see what happens after more time. I really recommend this - the taste is great!

I ordered the starter in June for $29 in which I never received. A subscription payment of $39 was taken out for July. I was refunded for the $39 from July. I reached out to the company four times to resolve this issue they stopped responding to my emails. Customer services promise to take care of it and they didn't. So a week ago I received one package of Earth remind you they're still trying to take money out every month for a subscription, I had to cancel my bank card. Customer services horrible they lack communication and responsibility to take care of an issue that was an easy fix. I would have loved to keep going with this brand because the coffee is good but the lack of communication causes me not to do business with them anymore.

The coffee is great but customer service is not helpful!!!! I was NOT AWARE that I was set up for a subscription! Then when I got an email regarding shipping of an order I did not place, I was told that it was too late and already shipped and charged!!!!! Not ok. Again I like the coffee but would never have ordered if I’d known that I’d get locked into a subscription. THEN they send me an email and tell me how to cancel but the link will not go anywhere to allow for cancellation. BEWARE!!!!

Coffee is fine. Frother arrived broken. I cannot get into my account/portal to cancel my subscription - I have more than enough coffee - and support email, while very kind and polite, does not help - they keep sending the same login information which does not work. I get the same error message every time, nothing changes. And yet the website says "We will gladly cancel your account for you. " Please do so! Please send confirmation that it is cancelled. Thank you.

I like your product, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I didn’t receive the introductory package until weeks after I ordered it. Also, it was missing the Earth Labs sticker and the Superfood Secrets Guide (which I really didn’t need, but it would have been nice). I tried contacting you several times to inquire about my order because it was taking so long, but only received one e-mail assuring me that my order had been received, but no delivery date. In addition, when I originally placed my order, I immediately received a pop-up offer for an additional bag at a reduced price (maybe about $30), and I clicked “yes”. Then another pop-up offer came up for a third bag at about $19. Again I clicked “yes”. Then a message came up saying that the additional bags had been added to my order and that I would receive an email with the amended order. But when I received your email, it was just for the introductory offer and did not include the two additional bags. You need to step up your game if you want to keep your customers coming back.
